How many times have we actually started over with anything in our lives.....Just when you think you got it right, something happens and you think: "I was slightly off and need to start again".
I am sure it sounds familiar.....well life is like that. Starting over every time you did not get it right the first, second or even the third time. And what is so absolutely wonderful about doing life with Christ , is that I can start over with His love, grace and blessings.
My desire is to walk in His ways and plan for my life But because He knows I am human and that I may get it wrong, He has prepared His grace to be there to catch me. His love is there to heal me and His blessings wait at the next try I take. With this comes a more deeper and closer walk with Him.
I am thankful to you Lord that you are such a gracious Father and such a loving friend to me! That with my next try, you will mould me and prune me even more into the person you want me to be for your kingdom!
I love you Lord!

How are you?
I was just thinking: why is it that when someone asks us how we are, that we say "ok". And maybe we are not "OK".
Come on guys, get out of this ritual. As brothers and sisters in the Lord, lets be truthful about how we are feeling. Yes, I am also guilty of this folly and will do my utmost to tell the truth about my state of being.
Cos if we don't say anything, no one will know that we need a shoulder, a hand, a hug, or just a listening ear and a prayer.
So in response to the question: "how are you?"........ I am not ok. . . . . . .but if you have a minute or two to listen to me, i will feel better. Then we can pray and ask God to fill "that not ok place" with His Holy Spirit and I know that it will be all good!

I will be in your life mayb not at your funeral
Its funny how people make a fuss about going to a funeral.....no offence! I am just like this.....
My philosophy is that I want to be in your life while you are living and enjoying life with you.
Please allow me to be in your life and have God use me in your life so that we both may be blessed....this is what I do!
I Do Life....Not Death! I want to express my love for u in this life here that God has blessed us both with....not @ a corpse in a coffin, when u r no longer present!
So let me live life with U! Come on....lets live!!!!!!

are u ready to receive your request from God?
Yep....we always asking from God, and according to His Word, He is faithful and will bless us. But are you really ready to receive????
If we see God not giving as we asked, it could be that we should wait, or that we will not receive it at all and then that we are not ready for it......
Its like when you want a bond to build a house- you gotta have a plot and a plan; when you ask for a car- prepare the parking space for it man!
I would like to grow in my role @ my place of worship and at work.......so I have to prepare myself to receive in these areas of my life.....
Prepare to receive from God! I will!

Family Worship Centre (FWC)
I am at the FWC praise and worship.
It started off with a bible study and prayer and now the team is getting into the praise and worhip.
Not forgetting the spiritual dancing......

The presence of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ
I don't think I have ever experienced God's presence like I have over the last few weeks.....
Its strange how we can walk with God and not see the obvious- like being declared rightouss, walking in the promises of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and having the presence of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ with us where ever we go.
I battled for a while, focusing on other things in church and missing God's message to me until I received a teachin on the Presence of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.....and now, for 2 weeks at fellowship, and here in my house, I have experienced His presence. His presence manifesting in different ways.
One week we had such an amazing time of praise and worship, this week such a powerful message- God is really at work here in Jozie. In my house I cried out and wept one evening and called out to God and descended and immediately I could sense His peace.....its such an amazing feeling.
Lord I do want to continue experiencing more of your presence. More of You in my life!

My year of change.
I am back in Johannesburg, from a very short and blessed vacation in Cape Town. Looking back, I am so moved by my blessed vacation- moved to a point of amazement.
My time of fellowship with my spiritual mother and father brought about such astounding revelations and yet, confirms feelings I had in my spirit about my life and people in my life. When you hear your mind being spoken to you by others one can almost sit with ones mouth open. And the only thing left to do is to ACT in faith knowing that God will work all things for the good.
So when the message in our church meeting about change was given to us, I had to submit and obey. And listening to another pastor's word to us about questioning God, I do not want to be a Zechariah who was made to be mute. I WILL OBEY YOU OH LORD OF LORDS AND KING OF KINGS!!
I am too greedy for your love, for your blessings in my life for me to choose to be disobedient.
So Change is eminent in my life and especially this year- 2011. So stay tuned as it ALL unfolds.......
